  : There was a broken lamp hanging over the bed, the room was too small, the floor was dusty and there was no hot water in the morning !

  : Window would not close. Got woken up at 1 am by construction workers outside the window. No notice no apology for the noise. The single bed was way too small.

  : The location is perfect and for that it was a very good price. Also the possibility for reasonable parking nearby was a huge plus.
  : There was no hot water! I was only staying one night, and during the whole stay there was no hot water (apparenlty some issues with the pipes). I was not told this during the checkin, could have been told even when I was booking the night, but had to find out by myself. No offence but in this heat, not being able to shower properly is unacceptable. When I asked about this, all I've got was sorry, they'll be working on it. I do understand that these thing can happen,but then at least tell me or give me a chance to book something else...this really ruined my stay in Bordeaux.

  : I liked the location, the helpful staff, the cleanliness, great shower, comfortable bed, provision of water, coffee/ tea& snacks in lobby, close proximity to main attractions.
  : The bathroom was very small & tight to move in but adequate.
