  : The staff are very friendly and nice. The meals and its prices.
  : A 3 floors bed is too much. A room with 10 beds is too much. I couldnt sleep during the night. I couldnt even sit in the bed, because of its hight. And the Wi-Fi definitely is a con. It didnt work properly

  : Good location. Common area was nice
  : The bunks in the 10 bunk room are stacked 3 high. Cannot sit up. Kept hitting my head on the curtain rail. Cramped. Only one shower and toilet for 6 bunk room which is also shared with another room. No bowls in the kitchen, lack of spoons. Had to remove bedding and bring it to front desk when checking out.

  : The staff was very accommodating and showed me around. Location wise, its quite situated in the city center which is connected to most of the major tourist attractions.
  : I did not like how wifi was inaccessible. I tried to ask for a help from the staff. I truly appreciate the staffs assistance regardless of his English. The hostel should seriously take this matter into account since it did not work for hours although I followed every steps several times.

  : I liked the friendly atmosphere in the hostel. Staff were incredibly friendly and surprisingly professional. The design of the common area was very nice and decided in the former grounds ( it's supposed cellar in Chartrons ) of a solid building with stone-brick construction. The open plan area from reception, bar, lounge and dining & kitchen area gave a very good feeling. Warm and colourful place and lights on all the time. Piano where some of the guests played gave a touch of French culture style. High ceilings, high french windows and a large table in dorms, which gave more space for all guests. Clean shower-wash area not overcrowded. The hostel offers french breakfast per 3. The Hostel is located in Chartrons district ( the posh district ) and I could get to the centre of Bordeaux ( Place de la Bourse) in 15 minutes walk. Rue Notre Dame is round the corner where there are many cafes, antiques shops, bakeries. The Hales of Chartrons were near, where many famous and pretty nice cafes, bistros and bars are located. It is close to the Promenade of river Garonne. I would definitely return some day at that place.
  : The small space in the fridges. Sometimes the cutlery & cups were taken away, probably for disinfection. Some guests didn't clean after themselves in the kitchen sink area.

  : The room as well as the bathrooms had a pretty disgusting smell and it felt generally pretty unclean.
