  : The staff were really attentive, nice and helpful. They were really knowledgeable of the area and city. The breakfast was tasty and they had a lot of variety to choose from. Lastly, the location is great as there's a tram stop right behind the corner, making it easy to get anywhere quickly and cheaply. If you feel romantic, you can always have a walk to the centre, it took us less than an hour.
  : The cleanliness of the bathroom was not quite up to the standard - mold in the shower, toilet making scary noises every time you use it making you afraid that it's going to fall off the wall. The bed was also not the most comfortable thing, but luckily it wasn't terrible.
