  : Good central location, handy for Tram, shops and walking into Centre. Quiet - located in central courtyard of new building. Well equipped.
  : Mattress of bed was very hard; had to buy softer pillow during stay

  : Very good communication with the agency managing the property. The apartment itself is very well located (everything is reachable by foot!).
  : Only disappointment was the below average cleanliness of floor and dishes. Given the 80 fee for cleaning services this should not happen!

  : The location its very good and it also offers you parking space in garage, so you dont have to worry about parking space and tickets. Its a good stay if youre looking for a place just to sleep, grab some foods to go and wander around. But for my opinion its not a place for chill.
  : I think that level of cleanliness in general could be a lot better. Thankfully sheets were clean and fresh, but I cant say the same for dishes, counter top, floor, sofa, etc. Also dishwasher was leaking water. I think property needs some cleaning work to be done properly. Also the beeper for garage was low on battery and was making us some problems.
