  : Its location, very handy for the tram.
  : It was very hard to find, but that is because that area is very busy. When I booked , I specifically wanted a location with free car parking, it had that, but it was in the shopping centre carpark across the road. It was safe, but I would have liked to have known that ,as we kept driving around looking for the carpark. The hotel does have car parking, but you would have no idea where it is as you have to drive right up it, and as the area is all pavement, its confusing. It is also not free, 8 a nigh. The room had been cleaned, but the floor didnt feel clean at at all. When on bare feet, it was very gritty. The room had a small kitchenette, with fridge, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, plates, pots, pans, glasses, but no cups! We were3 adults, so had to use the sofa bed. The sofa bed wasnt very sturdy. It also just had a sheet and no duvet, which we didnt know until we retuned to the hotel late Saturday night. The next day I asked for one, the receptionist said they would ask housekeeping. When we returned that night, no duvet and again reception was closed.

  : Great location for half way stop when driving through from st Malo to Biarritz. Clean, comfortable and great for a family of 5
  : A clear set of directions for how to get to the front door. The fact that you can pull up in front once the barriers are lowered to drop off cases then go and park would have been helpful to know.

  : Location was excellent. Very easy to drive to and parking right next door. The C line tram and bus practically stop outside door! Lots of cafes and an intermarche nearby to pick up essentials. Overall a great apartment.
  : The pull out bed was pretty uncomfortable.

  : Travelled for Rugby World Cup and location was perfect, halfway between city and stadium on tram C. Lots of restaurants and shops close by and really handy to have cooking facilities in the apartment. Only a few rooms per floor so nice and quiet. Couldn't fault it!
  : Cleaning staff sometimes just opened the door to let themselves in around 9.30/10am..at least knock/ring and wait a minute!
