  : the location, size, parking,and the elevator.New and well maintained.
  : Missing some minor details like shampoo and showergel. No coffee was there although they have the coffee machine. We were promised to get the coffee pods but we never get them .

  : walking distance to the center and the lake, bright apartment, free parking space inside the building, good size rooms and bath room.
  : Too much noise from the street and the bed and pillows were not comfortable,

  : The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the center of Annecy.
  : The description of the apartment says that it has a lake view, this apartment the only view it has is to another building ( with many neighbors and their balconies, we never imagined this, as the description does not indicate it and the photos are very misleading) , the "lake view" described in the property description is a lie. The cleanliness of the apartment was terrible, the floor of the whole apartment was dirty, the balcony was terribly dirty, the table, chairs, couch on the balcony were so dirty that we could not even sit on this couch. Despite the kindness of the girl ( Clia ) the apartment itself left us much to be desired. The owner needs to make many improvements in the balcony furniture as well as in the cleaning service.

  : very nice apartment and the location is very good
  : the weather was coldand the wall heaters were off and did not work. I was cold at night to sleep. Did not even have extra blankets. the coffee machine is terrible. We had to complain to have the coffee sachets, and also soap for the washing machine and hand soap was out. The person that went to meet with is for the check-in was very nice and helpful, her name is Celia, but the decisions were not up to her to make.

  : communication was not good, I arrived at 15:30hr and I could check in only at 16:25

  : It was very easy to collect the key. Cinthia was very helpful and waiting up late for us as our train was delayed. The place was very comfy! nice beds and bedding. Lovely view of the mountains! Bathroom was good and had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. Inside the property was very clean and the fixtures/furniture were in great condition. Lots of plug sockets too which was handy! We would definitely stay here again. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The large terrace was an added bonus!
  : There were 2 of us sharing the property (business travel) so it would have been great if we could have had 2 keys. Having just 1 was a little inconvenient. The terrace floor and furniture were quite dirty, it would have been nice for these to have been cleaned before we arrived. Also it would be good to supply some more cloths/sponges/cleaning detergents to wipe things down ourselves. There was one very old sponge and some washing up liquid and that was it! So we were not able to clean up very well while we were there. Although to be fair we could have asked Cinthia while we were there but didn't - I'm sure if we did she would have dropped some round. Also note that it is near a busy road which could get quite noisy, it wasn't too bad with all the doors closed but in the heat and with air con that didn't seem very effective, it was not easy to concentrate or have work zoom calls with the noise in the background

  : Positives - Location is around 5-8 minutes to the lake by walking, very good location.- The building is quite and safe. - The flat is good and well equipped. - The check-in & check-out very easy and fast. Ms. Celie welcomed us and she was very nice and friendly, always there to offer help. - AC in the living room made visiting Annecy in Aug. smooth. - Wifi super fast.
  : Negatives - The flat was not properly cleaned, the floor is dirty. - Dust was on tables. - TV was not easy to navigate (its in French).- No ACs in room only fans.- Pillows were not comfortable.
