  : I regret to inform that my stay at this hotel, during what should have been a celebratory honeymoon, was marred by deeply unsettling events. Despite specifically informing the hotel of our special occasion, our privacy was blatantly violated. On two separate nights, an individual from an adjacent room reached out to our balcony attempting to film my wife and me at around 11 PM. Shockingly, when I reported this to the hotel staff, they dismissed my concerns, stating that there was no one in the room next to ours. The recurrence of the same invasive behavior the following night led me to request a room change, which felt like an attempt by the hotel to protect or cover up for the intruder, possibly a staff member. Even after taking measures to secure our privacy by closing the window shades, the individual brazenly attempted to extend their arm into our room to continue filming us. This experience left us feeling unsafe and unvalued. The hotel's response was wholly inadequate, and it seemed their priority lay elsewhere rather than ensuring the safety and privacy of their guests. I strongly advise against staying at this establishment if privacy and security are of any concern.
