  : This hotel is located 10 minutes car ride from the town centre. It offers plenty of free parking. The double room was a good size with a clothes rail but no drawers. The bathroom has a large powerful shower with plenty of hot water. The towels were of good quality and there were towels for the pool. The pool and garden are attractive and meals could be taken in the garden and there are plenty of outside seats for relaxing. There is a lift.
  : The housekeeping could be improved - our bed had the duvet pulled over creased sheets that were not changed in our 3 night stay. Wet towels were not changed. Our main problem was that we booked dinner bed and breakfast in advance. The hotel were taken by surprise when asked for the dinner menu as they only have a snack menu. After some discussion the best solution they could offer us was to order 2 snacks and a desert from the bar menu. The staff were very apologetic but it was not what we wanted or expected. The breakfast is self service with an excellent choice On arrival the toilet in the room we were given was flushing constantly and we had to ask to change rooms, but again I think housekeeping would have known about this and not bothered to report it.

  : The gardens where very nice.
  : The room was dated,It was difficult to get into the bed as there was only 6 inches of space on one side and the curtains needed washing.The carpet needed cleaning and the door key sometimes did not work. The gates to the car park were supposed to be locked at 8pm for security but were never locked as there was a longtime problem with the receptions system for monitoring the security. Similarly the TV in the bar area was not working and apparently this was reported 3 weeks ago. The reception staff where unable to offer any advice of what to see and when asked were the garden centres where they sent us to a Florist!!

  : Hot Breakfast was cold at 07:00. Orange juice was off as strange taste, fizzy. Not as good as usual so skipped it following day. The hall outside the rooms is very tired and needs refresh. Rooms with piscine and garden view on the ground floor are better. Noisy people above on first night.

  : Very nice place, the staff are friendly and helpful. The room is very comfortable, with really good view of pool and garden, and the room size is quite big as well which is out of my expectation. Kettle and tea bags are also provided in the room which is very helpful. I need an extra duvet which is provided. I was unwell on my last day of the journey and the reception is very considerate to allow me to check out a bit later and even expand it a bit longer with a good price.
