  : Great location in the City center of Helsinki - everything is nearby. Great value for money.
  : After booking thru booking.com, we were asked by the owner thru Email to pay the prize plus 100 deposit via bank transfer in order to get the key code. Alternatively, we could have sent a copy of our passport along with a credit card payment, which we did not do for privacy concerns. As this was close to our stay, we felt urged to transfer the money. Later we found out, that we paid 2x the amount, as booking in the background had also taken the money - just from our credit card, which was not transparent to us. After our stay we contacted the owner thru Email about the double booking and didn't get an answer. Only after contacting booking.com twice and threatening with our lawyer, we got an answer from the owner (after 8 days) and after 15 days we finally got our money back (double payment and deposit). Actually, we should have gotten the deposit back automatically after 7 days, according to the description. Such a procedure we have experienced never before with booking.com. Even though the appartement has a good value for money and is nicely located, we don't have a professional and reputable impression about the booking procedure.

  : They were able to help with an hour later at checkout (but openly requested a better review for being flexiable) The view is nice, and the location is awesome!
  : Check in was painful, it's tiny (but mirrored wall makes it feel less so) one of the two provided towels came with a red stain (I assume blood -- but though that out!), a cleaner came inside on my first morning (i was inside working, but still bad privacy!), the place is old fashioned and covered in old feeling curpets.

  : Pleasant housing neighborhood, tram 5 minutes on foot, trains 15 minutes on foot, well cleaned studio with big windows and equipped kitchenette, nice wc
  : Little space to circulate, double bed against the wall, but that's ok for 1/2 nights
