  : The apartment has everything you could possibly need, is very comfortable and is very close to the city center. There is an elevator in the building, if you travel with luggage, it may come in handy. Check in was very easy, you didnt even have to stop by the reception
  : It is a bit cold in the apartment but there is an air conditioner that can heat the air and an extra blanket. Some of the streets around the apartment felt a bit unsafe when it gets dark

  : Great location, well renovated building, spatious apartment with good equipment and facilities and a splendid view from the balcony and available reception for services like ordering airport transfer at good price or printing some documents.

  : The room (room number 7) reeked of cigarettes and even though I've engaged during my whole stay there with the hosts they didn't help at all, didn't move us to another room and even suggested the stench could come from outside the room. It is unacceptable that even a mediocre hotel don't have a ozone generator to remove the reek of cigarettes between customers staying over their hotel. The accommodation did absolutely nothing to sort this, even with many complaints every day. The least they should have done would have had us moved to another room or even sorted an ozone generator to try to clear up the stench. Apart from this there is also a sewage stench coming from this flat's plumbing. It totally spoiled out stay in Valencia and I most definitively don't recommend them. Do yourself a favour and look for another place.
