  : Bad noise insulation, any water running at next door you hear too clearly.Tiles in shower floor were detouched and loose.The room is about the size of the bed.

  : The smell, I think they have plumbing problems because the reception area smelled like the sewers. I hope they solve the issue before summer comes.

  : Only good thing about this hotel is the location
  : First of all I arrived quite early and asked for an early check in if that would be possible. Nope, the room was not ready - all good. So I asked the lady in the reception if they could keep my luggage in a safe space until I could check in around 3pm. The lady told me I could put my luggage in front of the reception desk in front of everybody. I asked if I could put my stuff behind another desk that wasnt in use but nope not possible and the lady was super rude and disrespectful and not understanding at all. I ended up leaving my luggage where she told me I could do so. Later that day I got the keys of room on the first floor. The stairway and the bedroom was stinking so badly and it felt really damp. No window in the bedroom, ac not working, no door at the bedroom and old damaged furniture. Few minutes in I found a bedbug on the bed. I went downstairs to tell them about the bedbug and if I could try another bedroom. Now there were two ladies in the reception so I talked to the one I havent seen before. She was very understanding and was about to give me another key of a bigger and better bedroom. When she was about to give me the key the other lady said I have to pay 50 for an upgrade and took the key back. Then the nice lady gave me another key and told me to pay afterwards. I ended up paying 15 for an upgrade since the other lady finished her shift. The room I got was just the same story but with windows, and two showers but it was so dirty. I ended up leaving this hotel around 21pm after I read other reviews. I was disgusted and disappointed.

  : The room did not match with the pictures. The room was horrible. When I asked the reception to change the room they said that this is the standard and those from the pictures are superior. Why then they were in my reservation and why there was no picture from my room? There was no door between the room and the toilet. In the toilet there was no toilet Brush. Very old and destroyed furniture. I stayed 3 nights and never get the new shower gel/shampoo. Also never got water (only on the first day). Very dark room

  : The accommodation was in a good location, close to many travel links, restaurants and bars.
  : There was a foul, sewage smell throughout the building, very noisy surroundings, there was black mold on the walls and the vent in the room, shower tiles were cracked and a lot of them werent even stuck down, there was also a spring like metal object poking out of the mattress, there also wasnt a proper door where the toilet was, it was just a screen that didnt close properly. The ventilation was also very poor which caused the room to get very humid when taking a shower and the shower itself was also not very clean.
