  : Apartment was extremely dark, shower so small have never seen anything like it, bathroom could be cleaner, apartment was very noisy, upstairs neighbour walked through his/her aptm all night long so we barely slept. Earplugs would be nice at arrival. Pictures are from different appartments. Did not get a good idea when i booked it. Definately wasnt as portayed. Needs fresh layer of paint and renovation.

  : We loved everything about our stay in the apartment. It was elegant, authentic and in a perfect location, in the heart of the city center. It wont be a good choice for people looking for modern polished boutique hotels though; Its more of a unique place, un lugar con encanto. The building itself is very old, and I really admire that the original floors were kept. It is spacious with tall ceilings and wide doors, yet the kitchen and bathroom have been renovated. Kitchen is well equipped and the water in the shower is very warm. We loved the bedrooms as well, especially the wooden original ceiling in the main bedroom! It felt like in a palace. The beds are soft and comfortable, the only downside is that we couldnt sleep too long as it did get noisy in the morning. The location couldnt be better, its surrounded by lots of cafes, shops and some great restaurants. Just in the middle between the cathedral and Plaa de l'Ajuntament. We didnt have to take the metro and could easily walk around the city, which saved us a lot of time. It was especially nice in the evening when we just wanted to go out for tapas or late night churros and we didnt have to waste time to get it. Our host Natalia was very nice, she recommended us some great places to eat in the city. Overall it was a very nice experience, I had an opportunity to feel like a valencian upper class.
  : The only thing that could be improved is that the door on second floor is quite difficult to open and very loud to close.

  : It was in a beautiful vintage building and the neighborhood couldnt be more central
  : It didnt have an elevator so pack your suitcase accordingly I bought so much wine that getting it diwn those stairs after check out was an adventure

  : The property was tired looking and needs a good repaint and refresh.
  : We werent able to check in until 4pm and we were not informed about the exterior door which locks you in to the property. We were trapped for over 1 hour. Had there been a fire we would have died.

  : This experience was an absolute recipe for disaster, a preposterous con. I implore you not to use this accommodation, as our treatment was nothing short of abysmal.We had booked rooms at Tomatina, with plans to depart for Bunol the following morning. However, upon arrival, our ordeal began. The moment we entered the room, the sink, suspended precariously, collapsed, wreaking havoc on the wall tiles and flooring, and leaving dangerous shards scattered everywhere. By sheer luck, my friends partner had just finished brushing her teeth moments before, sparing her from a potentially life-altering injury. Unfortunately, I wasn't as fortunate and suffered a deep cut to my leg, causing blood to stain the room.Both of us, me an electrician with many years of experience and my friend, a qualified structural engineer, could immediately discern the poor installation, incorrect wall plugs, and hasty fixing to the floating tiles, completely neglecting proper studding or stonework. When we contacted the agency to report this catastrophe and urgently requested their presence, they callously refused, citing their supposed busyness. Ironically, shortly thereafter, they had the audacity to inquire about collecting our security deposit.Reluctantly, we agreed, and upon their inspection, they admitted fault and offered to return our deposit as a goodwill gesture. We accepted this compromise, with the understanding that we would overlook the nightmare we had endured and refrain from detailing the apartment's numerous issues in our review, particularly the potential life-threatening incident. However, as we left the premises, our calls were blatantly ignored for hours.In an appalling display of unprofessionalism, the agency responded with emojis. To top it off, as a supposed goodwill gesture for future visitors, they made no effort to address the cockroaches in the bathroom, peeling walls, and cracked walls.
