  : A really great location for enjoying the old town area. Apartment has everything we needed and was spotless. Would recommend.
  : Check-in was confusing and not at the actual location. Online check-in only half worked. Staff, though, were lovely and very helpful

  : The location, the size of the apartment, the balconies, kitchen etc, little shops around the street.
  : We had a problem getting the keys as we were travelling by public transport, arrived very tired at apartment then had to find out where to access the keys as our instructions didn't arrive until we arrived at the apartment but it resolved itself with tenacity on our part and the bookings admin.

  : The location was great, walking distance to most of the attractions and right in the centre. The bed was comfortable and there was a lift for bags. There was also a washing machine. Staff were also very responsive to messages.
  : The bedroom was very bright, the curtains didnt block the light from the neighbours. It was quite difficult to get to sleep. There wasnt any shower gel etc, so be sure to bring your own. The tv wasnt a smart tv and the couch was a bit uncomfy. We had to collect the keys from a different location, which is fine we just werent given the address at first by mistake. It was very easy to sort it out though and staff responded to my messages quickly.
