  : The location was good, the facilities in the room were good such as washing machine and fridge.
  : There was a very strong smell of sewage in the room. We contacted the staff of the property on our first day regarding the smell and we were told that a maintenance and cleaning team would be sent up straight away, they never came and the staff ignored our complaint for the rest of our stay. The spare bed sheets for the sofa bed smelled horrible too. The door to the bathroom was really stiff and always got stuck whenever it was opened or closed. Theres lots of things that arent mentioned to you such as if you use the air conditioning over a certain time restriction you will be charged extra, and you basically have to clean the whole room yourself/take away all the rubbish from the bins before you leave or else you will be charged for that too. To collect the keys you must go to a different building a few minutes away, it is sort of difficult to find as it comes up as a different place on google maps. We are not fussy people at all and even though the price of our stay was good, we wouldnt recommend it and will not be returning.
