: The flat itself actually really nice.
: Singular stays "service" - They didn't send me checkin instructions on time, so I waited on the street for 30 minutes while they were sending an email (Also I tried to contact them throw booking.com on my arrival day, they replied to me at 4a.m. next day)- Terras was dirty, it seems they didn't clean it all winter - 2 of 4 sockets in bedroom are not working- wifi were constantly disappearing - if you put shower head in holder, water will overflow shower doorBe careful with apartments rules such as:- checkin after 9p.m. is 30 euro (despite the fact that it is actually SELF-CHECKIN)- garbage collection is NOT included in cleaning fee- dish washing is NOT included in cleaning fee- if you use electricity over 20kw/h - you will be extra charged

: I got an email instructing me to download the Singular Stays app which I did, but it didn't work and I wasn't able to pre-checkin. When I got there I had to call the number on my reservation form to get instructions to get in. Other than that it was great.
: The only downside was because it was in such a great central location, it was a little noisy late into the night. Young college students would mill around the bar across the alley and it was a little loud.

Disappointing

  : location very good
: people in the apartment above shouting and fighting and slamming doors in the middle of the night.
