  : Location was superb.
  : Check in was poor. We requested an earlier check in and was refused and told check in could only be at 4.00pm and they would call when the apartment was ready. We never got the call and we had to contact the agent at 4.00 pm to find out what was the happening. We were told the apartment was nearly ready but the floor was wet. We finally check in at about 4.30 pm.

  : The staff was only with young people that were trying to do their best in our situation. They were very polite and kind people. The good thing was that we didnt have to pay additionally for the second apartment.
  : The host was Coroa apartments and they have changed our apartment without letting us know in advance. We have book the apartment 3 months earlier and on the day we arrive we understand that we wont stay in the apartment we have booked.They provided to us another apartment, close to the one we have reserved preliminary, but generally the apartment was not the same.. We were hosted in Downtown apartment. The place was not very nice, dirty coaches, dirty curtains. We had only sheets without blanket. When we find in the wardrobe blanket it was not pretty clean at all, so we prefer not to use it.

  : Really good location. Flat was pretty good value for money. Space itself was comfortable.
  : Kitchen wasnt that well stocked. Few items missing but I understand items get accidentally packed away...No tea or coffee. You get this in a hotel room so why not an apartment. Also no basic kitchen staples available either, salt/pepper/oil etc.This didn't bother us but the location of the flat is fairly central and on a busy street. There's a few terraces near by and you'll hear people until about 1/2 am. Not the fault of the flat or the renter, but it's something worth noting if you're a light sleeper or hate people having fun

  : The location was good in the day in terms of walking around the beautiful city. Bed and sofa bed were comfortable.
  : The night club opposite and clubs & bars in the Plaza Tossal. Very noisy until 3.30am when night club closed. Loud noise in the area until 5.00am. This should have been made clear on the booking.com site. We asked for another apartment but none were available. It was impossible to sleep on the sofa bed in the lounge area due to the outside noise. We had to buy a blow up mattress (30 euros)to put on the floor of the bedroom so that both of us could get some sleep.

  : The crew members are really helpful, and most of them are good English speakers too.
  : The apartment is just next to a service vehicle parking spot, due to this during the day it is always terribly noisy. Nights don't give you any relief either, the bars close to the apartment will make sure that drunk people will be shouting under your windows till 3-4.00 am. One morning there was piss in the front door area. I shared the apartment with a cockroach. One day the wall came off from two spots in the living room and the bathroom because the neighboring apartments construction workers accidentally screwed through the wall. All in all, I learned a lot about how resident people must feel about the overtourism in Valencia.

  : Excellent prompt communication from the management who went out of their way to help. Very good location in the historic quarter of Carmen close to restaurants. Happy to have a washing machine and easy to use stovetop, microwave and jug.
  : The apartment wasnt what I was expecting from the advertisement and the cheerful yellow cushions were all missing ( gone to the laundry I discovered later) I didnt find the bed or seating very comfortable and the toilet/bathroom was very small, but my main concern was the noise day and night which stopped me sleeping and resting. My room was just above the end of a street where all the delivery trucks parked and unloaded, there were 2 cafes plus shops nearby and lots of people going past at all hours. Perhaps some of the other rooms were quieter? I tried to make the most of things as I was there for a special occasion.
