  : the property is well located, just 10 min on foot to the centre, the room was very clean at the arrival and exactly how it looks on the photos. the staff was very nice and helpful. A perfect location for a couple holiday
  : the stairs are a little bit loud and you can hear people in the other rooms, but this didnt compromise our stay

  : Lovely clean and well furnished property in barrio el Carmen. We were very impressed with the layout - it felt more spacious than we expected. The kitchen was clean and well equipped and there were 2 toilets (1 part of an ensuite bathroom). The building had a lift which was a nice surprise and the air-conditioning in the apartment was very welcome in the heat of a Valencian August! Lovely neighborhood and the apartment was a great base from which to explore. We had everything we needed and would happily stay again.
  : The walls are noticeably quite thin so we could hear the neighbours on occasion - wasn't too much of an issue but occasionally heard sounds overnight. The stairs to the mezzanine are quite steep - not a problem for us, but worth bearing in mind if you have any mobility issues.

  : Nice spacious flat close to the city centre and with easy access (less than 10 min) to the nearest tube station.
  : The bed wasn't great, every time my partner turned around, the whole bed moved and also it was squeaky. Bathroom upstairs really stinks (I think it was because of the pipes).

  : The location is perfect, just a short walk from The Central Market, cafes and restaurants at every street corner, it felt authentic! Taxis are readily available, and most importantly, the cost of eating out and getting around is much cheaper than expected in a huge city! The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for a short stay, check in was super easy, even late at night! Everything was spotlessly clean, plenty of towels etc were provided.Perfect for a city break.
  : That we didn't stay longer!If I was to be critical of the apartment, I would say the shower needs refurbished, a little bit of mould around the shower could easily be removed, but the shower itself lacked pressure! The street can be noisy, but remember you are in a city!
