  : We were assigned what must have been overflow rooms on the upper floor. Could only be accessed by two separate lift rides, one of which was a staff only service lift at the other end of the floor. Floor was gritty and not clean. Air quality outside service lift was poor. Felt very much like second class guests.

  : Location is great and the reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. The bed was really comfy and the rainfall shower was lovely
  : The room was very hot and the aircon would only go down to 23 degrees,lots of corridor noise with banging room doors they need to adjust the automatic door closers and the metal lift door was very noisy on opening & closing. Breakfast was very basic with ham & cheese obviously out of a packet and the supposed orange juice was awful, it was a powder mixed with water.

  : Location was great
  : Probably the worst hotel weve stayed at. No hot water on the first day. Aircon turned on winter heating mode during winter months but room was overlooking a courtyard ie hotel ventilation system and kitchen. Ventilation system was for the reception air con - we had to ask numerous times for them to turn it off in the evenings & at 4am at night as it made the most awful sound. Air quality overlooking this courtyard was poor and smelled (especially at breakfast time) meaning we got no fresh air into our room - it got so hot and stuffy that we had such uncomfortable nights. Very dark and little natural light. Toilet stank on arrival - not because visibly dirty but just horrible smell. Silverfish found in the bathroom. Room was very dusty and didnt feel clean. Furniture was flimsy and dated. Walls very thin. Completely overpriced and would not recommend. Ruined our Valencia weekend trip.
