: Locationwise the property is great, as long as there is a car. The lemon tree at the rare balcony is truly stunning and the bedroom is decorated nicely.
: The property has a great character, although, it is a bit worn out and there are issues with electricity as light switches are not working properly, the sink is leaking and the kettle doesn't always work due to issues with the current.

: The apartment is located 15 min walking from the seaside and 10 minutes from oceanographic and Ciudad des artes y de la ciencia also by foot, which is amazing. It has a vintage and pleasant design. The metro is very close also, and is a mercadona and a consum supermarket nearby. Parks are all around and the smell of orange trees flower is magical. The owner was kind enough to let us check in at 10:00 am, although the check in is available at 15:00 pmI appreciate it a lot! You take the no 5 metro from the airport ant within 30 minutes get off at Ayora station then 5 minutes walking an you arrive at location.
: The TV didn't work, also no username and password for wi fi left at location. Pretty noisy.The fact that it is not announced from the begging about the 200 euros guarantee. I got notified exactly 48 hours before check in so canceling the reservation was 150. But I've received the entire amount back in 5 days so it was OK after all. Be informed that the keys are not in the same location as the apartment is. You should call to be informed where to collect them from.
