  : Close to the port.Walking distance to the oceanographic is 25 minutes.
  : The rooms werent clean and you dont have natural light.You dont have elevator, and the Apartament was at the 4 floor and its was very hard to climb that stairs with child.The apartment isnt like in picture. All the furniture are old.The beds are little.I dont recommend to stay here with children. Or more than 2 persons.

  : Apartment was spacious and well equipped. Wi Fi excellent. Would have liked a few English stations on TV as we don't stay out late.
  : We are both coming up to 74 so the location on the 4th floor was a challeng as we both have arthritis.

  : Nice modern and spacious apartment. Comfortable bed, quiet bedroom. All in all: an oke place, but it needs some attention, considering the price.
  : Several things were not as one may expect: On arrival, at 5 pm, the indicated number was not answered for over 15 min. The apartment we got was not the one shown on the pictures, a bit disappointing. We asked (through WhatsApp) for a laundry rack and complained about the smell of the sofa, but got no reaction for 1,5 days. Only after we sent an email to Booking.com about this, our host rang our front door unexpectedly at 11 pm (!), offering to wash the sofa covers. We declined, did not want the hastle. The kitchen tools and crockery were limited and there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang wet towels on.

  : the view is very nice
  : the apartment is very old and very dirty. the couch is covered with something not to see how degraded it is. the windows do not close and all the traffic sounds and the dust enters the entire apartament. It need a very good cleaning service because it has cockroaches. the kichen is oki, needs very deep cleaning. the bathroom has some problems with the water from the shower because its coming at every shower you take and you need to clean it with a mop.

  : The apartment is large and generally well equip and most things worked well. Nice to have some left over ingredients in the kitchen and iron and hair dryer etc. It was clean and had plenty of towels and bedding. Good value price for the size of the apartment.
  : The pictures are a little miss leading as are of two different apartments, thus a little disappointed. More so that the pictures are old and the apartment is not in the same good conditions as in the advertised pictures.

  : Alex the guy who managed the property was very helpful and the owner as well was very friendly and patience with us. The apartment is spacious and not far from the beach which we love it as our aim was to spend time on the beach.
  : The stairs as l am heavily pregnant going up and down on hot weather to 8th floor was a bit much.

  : Beautiful and spacious loft apartment with a very nice and large view of the city and even a small sliver of the harbour/sea. The architecture of the apartment is interesting and there were enough seating accommodations in addition to a couch and an easy chair as well as some individual decoration. The rooms were very spacious and the beds comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked, though a traditional coffee machine would have been nice and the fridge was very large with a small freezing unit. The bathroom was equipped with a bidet and a high end shower as well as very nice marble counters and walls. The location is quite conveniently located to walk to the harbour (10min) or to the beautiful beach (20min) with very fine sand and clear water with fish swimming between your feet. It is also quite convenient to go shopping for snacks, fruit, souvenirs and everything you might need, as well as restaurants and bars. In fact, just downstairs is a very nice bar with friendly personnel and good drink/food selection. A bus station that will take you directly to the city center is within spitting distance of the apartment (one-way-ticket 1,50 per person). After calling the reception, a very friendly staff member came and gave us the key, explained everything in detail (though english was a bit difficult) and even carried one of our suitcases upstairs.
  : Facilities: Could have used more cutlery (the apartment is for 4 persons, and the cutlery was just barely sufficient) Cleanliness: All in all, the apartment could have been a bit cleaner, there were some very pronounced stains on the mirror and the window front, though offering a beautiful view (it's really just a tiny sliver of sea), was very dirty. There were a couple of stains in the fridge. Sound isolation: There were many noises from the street and from other apartments, party music and baby crying. The description says "sound isolation" but I'm not sure about that. The A/C was located above the front door, the cool air really had not that much opportunity to reach the individual rooms. No elevator: The apartment was on the fourth floor without an elevator (I saw that in the description but thought that it might be 3rd floor at maximum and I believe the house has 6 in total).

  : Nice location, clean apartment.
  : Was missing aditional toaliet paper. Just one for all days. As well as soap, there was just a piece so we need to buy it. Owner sent workers repair lamp in room which we were not using but didnt inform us about that. They came during day so probably if we are not in apartment that time They would just entrance the apartment without informinng us. When workers came They didnt know exactly what to repair somit was quite not nice surprise.Owner was not speaking english at all. So he was not answering messages although told us that we can write him in case of anything (at least this was possible to understand when he spoke in Spanish to us first day).
