  : The A/C only in the living room, other rooms have only fan , the bathroom is very old and not clean, the kitchen equipment very old not good for use .

  : The location of the appartment is very good. There are several restaurants in a 1 minute walk.
  : The photos of the appartment are much better than the flat itself.

  : Location is fantastic. Right in front of the Valencia Football Stadium. Apartment is very basic, quite spacious and very comfortable. Access was easy as someone met us at the apartment to hand over the keys. Loads of cafes in walking distance and Carrefour Supermarket 2 minutes walk.
  : Password for internet connection is over 20 characters and complicated. Windows don't open in bedroom so no fresh air. Cleaning fee of Euro50 is absolutely ridiculous. The place was left spotless when we left. They would have to clean and change the bedding anyway for new guests to arrive.

  : The location is good. Clean, easy access
  : We settled in quite late and noticed that there was no hot water. We assumed that the boiler was off for the evening. When we got up the next morning we realised that there was no hot water at all. We left the tap and shower running for 10 minutes. It was also incredibly noisy. Both on the street as there are bars close by but also in the building. The walls are very thin and my friend couldnt sleep because the neighbours were shouting well in to the night. She had to change rooms because she couldnt sleep. The next morning the manager offered to come and check the boiler, but we had to go to the airport and couldnt wait. We had booked 2 nights but decided to leave as we had hardly slept and didnt want cold showers. If you have a car, it is difficult to find car parking nearby. We wouldnt recommend this place. It is soulless and very noisy, even if this isnt the owners fault. The boiler apparently works now, but we didnt want to take the risk of it going off again.
