  : The contact and communication was excellent. Location was perfect for us. Having third bedroom was a ply ms
  : Was not extremely clean. Main bathroom shower water ran into the hall way we had to use one of the towels to ensure it didnt become a further slipping hazard which happened the day. Kitchen is not well equipped. No cutting board no dish rack tray. Dishrack sat on on our purchased paper towels . Smell in kitchen we think it was from the washing machine. One of the dining table broke when one of us sat on it and one of the other ones seemed to have loose legs.

  : The general experience my 2 friends and I had was positive. was The apartment is very spacious with 3 double rooms, one with a queen bed and the other 2 with the separated beds. Great for friends and families in term of space. Additionally, it has a comfy living room, a tiny kitchen, and 2 bathrooms, which one of those is in one of the double room. One towel is offered for each room and 2 hairdryers are also available. A supermarket is just 1 minute away while several coffee places and restaurants are also close by. Also, metro and bus stations are very close. The location is perfect for being a bit away from the historic centre but also from the beach side.
  : The main discomfort of this place were the upstairs young-students neighbours, who kept having parties for 2 days all night long till 7 am (my 2 friends and I just stayed for 3 days). It was possible to hear everything, from their apartment but also from the street, incredibly noisy. Definitely I wouldnt recommend this place for people who are sensitive to noises during the night or in general. Also, the showers were protected by a white curtain, which was quite stained at the bottom. The floor was also pretty dusty, so it was not very pleasant to walk barefoot. The pictures of the apartment in booking.com show a much bigger and cleaner place to stay than it is in the reality.

  : Communication with the hosts was very easy and straightforward, they were so helpful and able to organize an early check in for us!
  : The apartment looks slightly different in real life than in the photos displayed on the Booking Site. We felt like the apartment was slightly run down and needed a little TLC and some extra finishing touches to make it feel a bit of a more welcoming environment. Some of the appliances and facilities seemed quite old (like the bathroom facilities, bath mat, towels & shower curtain), the place could do with some paint touch ups here and there and some finishing touches to make it more cosy. The aparment was perfect for what we needed but we were disappointed as we felt that the photos misrepresented how the apartment is in real life.

  : Very kind and helpful staff. The apartment location is a great advantage. Close to the Arago metro station and bus stop.
  : Walls and ceiling are not soundproofed enough. You can hear everything neighbours are doing, which is really annoying.

  : Location and comfort of beds.
  : Host does not seem to take note of previous guests comments regarding dining chairs one of which collapsed during our stay as happened to a previous tenant in Sept 23. There is barely adequate crockery etc, no wine glasses again as per previous comments. Shower curtains inadequate. We appreciate host cannot do anything about excessive noise from adjacent apartments, which went on all night. It is a shame because this could be an excellent letting.

  : The apartment is good, spacious rooms.
  : I had read some reviews mentioning the noise of some loud neighbors. Unfortunately it's not up to the neighbors, you can just hear everything that happens on a few different apartments around. Considering the main goal is sleeping it wasn't great.
