  : I thought the apartment itself was very clean and spacious.
  : The noise here was soooooo bad!!Their was so many men staying in the apartment below and above us. Way more then what should have been in there. There were parties going on all night. People bashing on our door. People ringing our buzzers. People ringing our doorbell. As well as it being annoying, it was actually very scary. We were travelling with 3 young kids. No one slept for 3 days!! Maybe we were just unlucky. But no way would I recommend this place. Walls are paper thin.

  : Good- Host (Juan)was very accommodating in checking us in late, even when our vueling flight was delayed >4 hours. This was really appreciated as the flight delay was stressful.- Strong aircon in living room-can circulate around apartment- Great location- 20 mins walk to central Valencia and close go metro and bus stops- Comfy Beds and spacious bedrooms- Good Wifi
  : BadReally strange musky smell in building and liftMain bathroom tap is leaking during use. All it needs is a new aerator or nozzle crewed on the faucet, for a few euros. Very annoying as it can leak all over sink and bathroom floor.Main bathroom shower is not strong, and curtain does not cover all sides of shower tray well -water sprays on floorNot very soundproof, can hear upstairs and next door neighbours talkingNeeds general all over paint. Ugly dark marks on the wall- could be easily fixed with paintBuilding Front glass door bottom panel was cracked. Looks unsafe.In general apartment did not match the quality in pictures- there is much more wear and tear.

  : The apartment is spacious, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was clean. The host is very nice. The location is ok, next to the football stadium.
  : The rooms are not exactly like in the photos we saw on Booking. The apartment building is very old. The apartment is very noisy with thin walls, the first night we couldnt sleep because there was too much noise coming from the other apartments in the same building.

  : Location and area is excellent, very close to the beautiful park and city center. Close to public transport.
  : Poor amount of kitchen supplies. Fotos are not a like. Flar is very cold and dark.

  : The hosting person is polite. Location of appartment is good: metro station is close, supermarket is nearby. Shopping centre is in a walking distance.
