  : The apartment was in a perfect location in the old city but in a very silent and quiet place. There were 3 rooms with 3bathrooms, beds were very comfortable and clean, huge flat screen television with also netflix.
  : Cleanliness of the kitchen could be improved, but nothing too bad

  : Room air conditioning was dripping water. One of the beds were slanted and broken off hinge on arrival. Door to balcony was tough to open and close.

  : Location of the appartement was great. The best location for us to see Valencia (main city center) on foot. The price value of the apartment quite ok, though we travelled out of high tourist season. This apartment on the 3rd fl. meet our expectation based on the details in the Booking app. The apartment was spacious (3 rooms and separate bathrooms).
  : We were firstly (first night) set in the appartement on the 1st floor that was bit a disappointment. Would need a major cleaning and renovation, especially bathrooms. But the other nights we were moved to the 3rd floor, with the same size of the apartment. This apartment on the 3rd fl. meet our expectation based on the details in the Booking app, but could be better maintained and cleaned. We missed some utensils in the kitchen (a meat knife of one bigger knife, the cloth to clean and dry out the counters and table in the kitchen. And some of the beds were not so comfortable.

  : The location was perfect for us: on the edge of the old city. within walking distance of the train station and transport links to other areas.
  : 3 flights of narrow stairs to climb to the apartment but that was my fault for not checking in advance.

  : we opted for a ground floor and we were accommodated with no issues which was great. only thing with this meant there was a lack of natural light in the apartment.

  : Apartment manager came down to greet us once we called him
  : Plumbing turned off during building works, and left us dry, when raised with apartment manager NO response to txt messages (2) or via booking.com message. Eventually a maintenance man arrived and apologised for turning off the water the previous day and turned back on. In addition to this there were several days of building works in the apartment building - making it hard to hear yourself. Also 3rd floor apartment kitchen does not look like photos on booking.com, it is smaller and not open plan.
