  : Great location for visiting Valencia as shops and restaurants near by and easy access to the dry river bed and the metro. It was quiet street so easy to sleep.
  : A few more coffee pods would be appreciated and basics like salt. Kitchen utencils could be cleaner and sharper knives.

  : Clean and easy acces. Everything was ready on arrival. The staff is always reachable via whatsapp. They contact you on arrival day and provide you with all relevant information for your stay (door code and key). Lots of space inside. AC avail (one in bedroom and one in living room).
  : Nothing. Just parking can be difficult to find but managable.

  : We liked the location, 500m from the central market, in a quiet street, when the builders nearby took a break. The Appartment was spacious and modern, and quirky, i.e. it had a plug over the bathroom door for the hair dryer. We liked the strong WiFi inside, it was appreciated. Ample storage! Bring loads, it will all fit:)! They provided toiletries, well done!
  : In 33 travels with my partner in the past 8 years, that was one of the worst places am afraid. Value for money it wasnt. Superior appartment booked at considerable cost promised balcony and city view. Instead we got a dark, near windowless ground floor appartment - pls see views at pics provided. We flagged it straightaway, but the anonymous host claimed via WA that no other appartment was available. The court yard was spacious, however only got 2 hours of sunshine, it really felt like a prison yard. In addition, WIFI does not work in the court yard! Table and chairs outside had not been cleaned in months, judging by the bird markings. We asked for a longer checkout time and they were entitled to say no and they did - fair. The storage luggage place they suggested, doesnt exist, we went there for nothing. Meaning we checked out 11am for 11pm flight departure. To add insult, the cleaning lady knocked on our door 10:35am already. Kitchen sink: Water did not flush, and once it did after 1-3 hours, there was a hazardous kitchen floor leak, towards the dining table. Design errors: The door to the kitchen bin can only be opened manually, in bending down to the bottom. The one window over the entrance door remained constantly open, as it was too far up to reach, so it felt like one had people entering the place when they passed outside. Outside their control: Its built up, so babies crying etc are part of the charm. Mon-Fri large building site work around 50m away, as of May24, the drilling and digging from 8:15am on was disturbing, it looks like this could last months. Non personalised communication with extra prompts to get an answer via Whats App isnt our cup of tea. The place is like a blank canvas. 2 coffee capsules for 6 days, nothing else in the kitchen, no pepper, salt, oil, tea etc. 2 toilet rolls (only double layer) for 6 days seems too little.

  : Well maybe the location... I liked the Mercado market. The bio park too.
  : I expected more...the bathroom definitely needs renovation or at least a good cleaning. The bed for the third person would not be made, but for this amount I think it should be.
