  : dirty everywhere, hairballs in corridors, dust in room, bathroom mouldy. doors to balcony did not lock so couldnt lock room, did not feel safe. staff rude and whole environment unpleasant, couple having a domestic In reception as we arrived!

  : The location was very close to the beach.
  : We stayed for five nights and had half board, but in the buffet was hard to find a clean cup ,most of them had coffee marks, the plates and cutlery were greasy. They kept putting the same dirty towels every day, even if we were leaving them on the floor, it was disgusting. There was not fridge in the rooms , so this extremely hot weather you had to drink hot water during the time you were there, specially in the nights, my kids awake during the nights to have water, but it had to be room temperature. The buffet was no so much variety, very few things and the same everyday. The swimming pool was very muddy all around it. The half board did not include any drinks at all, not even tub water. The beds are extremely small and very uncomfortable, they put us single beds even though I asked for double. The lift was very old and with a weird smell, for how much they charge you they could consider to update the lifts, beds , buffet and higiene. I will definitely never go back.

  : Great location, super friendly staff, clean room.
  : Dated, food was a bit boring most evenings that I decided to eat out twice, both lifts not working properly had to use the stairs many times, although they fixed it twice during my 4 nights stay, luckily I was on the 4th floor as I met few guests waited for ages to go to the top floor!Unfortunately, the whole experience didnt give me what I expected from the hotel despite staff being really friendly, helpful and with smile on their faces, but I wont book it again.
