  : We arrived at the end of September and the outside entertainment was excellent but once we got into October there was either no entertainment or it was indoors and it was far to hot to sit indoors

  : Our room was quite comfy and large, although sofa was a bit tired. Personnel is great, very helpful guys either at the reception, in the restaurant or in the animation team.
  : The dishes in the restaurant were quite often dirty, please pay more attention to dishes wash. We were travelling with a 2-year old toddler who has just cancelled diapers and started using potty. Suprisingly, the hotel could not provide us with a potty although knowing how many little kids are hosted there every year. In addition, while hanging in your room you can hear absolutely everything happening in the corridor or at your neighbours. At the beginning we were placed at room right in front of the stage and pool, so it was practically impossible to fall asleep until 2 a.m. Fortunately, on our response we got another room (special thanks to Christian and Borja on the reception).
