  : very clean great big rooms with pool and seaview,, good choice of food at all meals,nice staff,lovely big pool but always hard to get a sun bed ,always plenty of sun beds on the terrace on the 5th floor and very clean looks very new all n all great value hotel will be back again
  : toilet doors in bar lounge always wide open when you are having a drink watching the show,only needs a spring fitted, hand sanitizers always empty otherwise no complaints

  : As I was on business it was handy having my meals so conveniently. Good standard of food.
  : My room fronted onto the road in front of the hotel. Unfortunately it is a bit of an echo chamber and my room was noisy at night with people walking up chatting and various modes of traffic

  : They were extremely rude. I called twice to arrange to make the payment then finally after a week I got an e-mail saying you can transfer the money to this bank account. They didnt know anything about the payment when we arrived and alleged I didnt pay

  : Previous reviews suggested the food was not great. We found the opposite. The food was excellent, fresh, and always replenished quickly. We were lucky enough to be there for an Asia themed night that was fabulous. The menu included sushi, which was amazing. There was a good selection of drinks for all-inclusive. Also, the room was comfortable and clean. Some previous reviews claimed that the staff were unfriendly, but again, we found the complete opposite. All in all, good value for money and an enjoyable stay.
  : We are aware that some all-inclusive guests may over indulge; however, there were a few groups of tourists that had clearly had too much and were very loud and unruly. They were sadly disrespectful during the evening Spanish show, and many guests asked them to please respect the professionals. Sadly, the hotel staff did nothing to control it.
