  : Location, being between Calle Larios and Calle del mar, just a 2 minute walk to shops, bars, restaurants and the beach.Pet friendly with a large terrace/balcony Fantastic air conditioning throughout.
  : The apartment was of a high quality overall, however there are a couple of small things that really should be improved.Firstly, the ensuite shower has a glass door panel missing and so could not be completely closed resulting in you flooding the bathroom each time you used itThe ceramic hob is cracked and missing a corner.Also the WiFi didn't work on arrival. The router was missing a cable and so not connected. It took two days to fix but really this is something that should be checked before each guest arrives, along with things like the number of cups and glasses.There were enough basic glasses but there were only 3 wine glasses in an apartment that sleeps 4/6 people!Outside on the very large terrace, a proper sun blind (toldo) rather than a single umbrella is needed to give more shade.These things are more frustrating than anything else and didn't exactly spoil our stay, but it's the small things and attention to detail that make the difference between 'verygood' and 'excellent'.

  : The lift key was extremely difficult to use. It was very stiff and wouldn't turn without a lot of 'jiggling' around. On my arrival I didn' think I'd be able to get into the apartment which was a bit scarey considering I arrived on Sunday evening in the dark and there was no one to ask for help. Fortunately I bumped into the owner of the property a couple of days later. He came up in the lift with me and and saw the difficulty I was having so he took the key away and came back with a shortened/ filed down version that worked perfectly. A sketch with directions to the apartment and left with the keys would have been appreciated because I got lost and was dragging a heavy suitcase with me. Important because the street name wasn't displayed. If the extra charge of 60 euros for cleaning (after my departure) had been displayed online when I was seaeching for a place to stay, I would not have booked this apartment, however nice it was because it took me signifucantly over my budget!!!
