  : Rooftop bar and pool were excellent. Staff fabulous and food and drinks to a high standard.The quality of the bedding and towels in the bedrooms was excellent and equal to that of a luxury hotel. Reception staff were also delightful. The location really is superb.
  : No tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms. I only want tea in the morning and unless I went to breakfast this was not available in the hotel early morning. Very difficult to get a lift down to reception in the morning so had to carry my suitcase down the stairs.

  : The location, rooftop pool and bar are amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Sitting in the evening on the rooftop, overlooking the cathedral was a fantastic experience in a beautiful city.
  : A little petty, as I do understand the commercial reality, but the rooftop bar is open to the public. At weekends, there is no way to have a quiet drink. No priority is given to residents. That said, we were lucky enough to have plenty of time midweek to make up for the disappointment of the weekend.

  : Staff were very rude and unfriendly. We booked multiple rooms for guests for our wedding and multiple were put in tiny rooms with broken air conditioning (which was needed in 38 degrees). Others were put in a room where the floorboard was broken with splinters and sticking up as you enter so they couldnt open the door properly and it was dangerous. Our guests politely asked to change rooms (they are not complainers and wouldnt normally but it was needed in the circumstances) but the staff wouldnt let them and they didnt even try to fix the aircon or broken floorboards. They did not clean our rooms and were rude and extremely unhelpful. We booked a superior room but it was not superior in any way. It was very disappointing and even more so given it was our wedding. Would not recommend sadly.
