  : Excellent location very close to the historic centre but on a quiet and almost traffic-free street. Lovely atrium and amazing views from the roof terrace. Staff were great.
  : My only quibble is that the terrace bar is open only twice a week.

  : Initial impressions were good. Reception staff were professional and courteous, lobby/foyer impressively furnished and clean etc..location was amazing, right in the centre of toen... That was it. It all went downhill from there.
  : Well, as per my ongoing complaint with customer service, evrything else. Restaurant was closed apart from for breakfast. Spa/hammam was closed. The bar was never staffed, so apart from the ice machine we managed to make use of, was also closed. The roof terrace was never properly open, not visited by staff to clean/empty ashtrays, open umbrellas etc. I had to call down to ask them to turn the lights on when it got dark. The pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned since they opened at the start of the season some 6 months ago. Wouldn't even dip a toe in to check the temperature. The "room service" was provided by an external 3rd party, so the wine came warm and without glasses, the food without cutlery. It was all boxed up like a cafeteria meal in an airport. I had to go downstairs to the unstaffed "bar" and source my own wine glasses, then steal cutlery from the breakfast room. Which of any of this sounds like a 4 star hotel to you? Stars are based on services provides and their quality. I was not expecting to have to source my own cutlery and go to the local restaurant for a drink in the comfort of the (admittedly very asthetically pleasing) hotel lobby. EVEN TRAVELODGE HAS A BAR AND DOES ROOM SERVICE

  : Receptionists gave us names of restaurants, directions to monuments, ordered a taxi for us. Very professional.
  : Swimming pool not available. Would need to add English channels to TV like, CNN and BBC.

  : Superb location minutes from the two top attractions yet relatively quiet as set in a narrow cobbled street which wasnt a thoroughfare. Staff were really helpful especially the reception team.
  : With temperatures around 32c all week why on earth close the swimming pool on September 30. Also the lovely roof top bars opening hours are irrational and you only know if you go on line. Dark bedrooms require better lighting. The hotel looked tired. Service at breakfast depended greatly on staffing

  : Coming from an horrible experience in Eurostars Conquistador in Cordoba I was positively surprised by the Eurostars Boutique Sevilla. The hotel doesn't look great from the outside, but they did a very good job in converting this building into an Hotel. All the common areas and lobby are impeccable and the interior design excellent. They gave me a very good room on the third floor. Very spacious and with with some view of the Giralda. The room well equipped (including clothes steamer!) and the bed large and comfortable. The front desk kind, efficient and professional. Extremely fast Wi-Fi I will come back if in Sevilla.
  : The room was cleaned quite late (3PM) and after the room didn't smell nice, like of wet rag used without detergent. This can be improved. The window is not very well isolated and you can hear people dragging their trolleys in the cobbled street. This didn't bother me as I use earplugs, but if you look for a quiet room better to ask for rooms not facing the street.
