  : The location of the property was excellent, with plenty to do in the immediate area and only 15-20 mins walk to many of the main attractions of Seville.
  : The property was looking very 'tired', was not cleaned to an acceptable standard, there was what appeared to be a cigarette burn in the bathroom basin, the tablecloth was filthy, the washing machine (which was in a cupboard in the bedroom) smelled damp as did the mop/bucket which were also in there. The lift was unreliable & often did not work which was a big issue for us due to health issues and a 3rd floor room, the host was polite & responded but advised repair was outside of their remit. The communal areas, stairs etc were in a very poor state of cleanliness and not at all the standard I would expect.
