  : I was waited on and met on arrival. Then, after the lady left, I needed to know something extra, I wrote on the WhatsApp, and it took no more than 20 minutes to receive a complete answer that solved my issue. Great costumer service. I also like the entrance with numeric codes and no keys. Love the light and the space of the apartment, the windows and the amazing location.
  : Lack of hooks where to leave the coats right at the entrance, lack of shelves in the bathroom where to put the personal toiletries, both near the mirror and in the shower. These elements would definitely enhance the comfort of the guests.

  : The apartment was ok but disappointing not what we booked.
  : It was not what we booked. On our confirmation email in January outdoor area was shown. We mentioned this to the man who checked us in and he told us we were not the first who were misled. This is False Advertising. Will be very wary in the future with booking.com.

  : Perfect location for the city trip, all main sights in walking distance.
  : It was extremly loud, it was not possible to sleep more than 2-3 hours- there was a bar in the whole street corner (they collected the tables and stools at 1 in the night - just terrible, reconstruction in the opposite building also in the night and the workers with heavy mechanisms in nearby streets the whole night.

  : We had very pleasant stay in one of the apartments on the second floor. Very clean, nicely organized place and for location in Seville, I can only say - absolutely perfect. Communication with the (I think) company and owners went without problems and all our questions (not many really;) were answered promptly. One small thing, but that lies completely on my side because I was not quite precise and careful during booking - is that from the pictures I made the mistake to expect the big apartment at the roof of this nice building, all with terrace and stuff you can see in most of the images. I was not aware of the fact that they (apparently) have whole building with lot of smaller apartments. So, next time I go to Seville (and I promise I will!) I would contact the same owner but with specific request for the topmost, apparently really cozy and bigger place. Surrounding, shopping zone, distance to all city attractions - all simply great and perfect. We were also very positively surprised how quite (audio isolation) the apartment on the second floor is because the street is very lively and at times noisy. Absolutely no problems, perfect isolation for those interested in this aspect. Many thanks.
