  : Terrible experience. The hotel is ok but the staff was awefull, ruined my stay and will leave a horrible feeling about the whole island for ever
  : Staff should never feel its ok to insult their guests. This is the worst hotel stay i have ever had and I travel a lot. This is also a big price tag for the service. When you pay that sort of money not only you should expect to be treated respectfully and humanly not called names but the staff because you want to take a piece of cake to eat in front of the TV in your room and you should not have to pay for your pool towel (5 rental + 10 deposit) or that sort of cheap practices. Facilities are ok but basic

  : Lovely staff, basic but comfy room, well cleaned.
  : Many of the breakfast options weren't vegetarian due to pork content in pastries. That's a tradition, and perfectly understandable that this should be maintained, but a few additional options for vegetarians would be great.

  : The staff were wonderful and they kept all the facilities marvellously clean. In fact, the staff in every area were the best we have encountered in many decades of staying in hotels. The food was varied and well presented. The surrounding area was quiet and the beach was spotless - despite the 182 steps down and then back. All the guests with whom we interacted were pleasant and friendly and on the whole they respected the need for privacy and quiet.
  : There were times when coughing and even snoring could be heard from other rooms - this is probably a result of thin walls. However, we found no fault elsewhere at all.

  : Very nicely located with beautiful view on Cala en Porter beach.Very clean.Relaxing pool area.Food was fair, nothing super special but with possibility to eat healthy.
  : The beach is pretty busy.Cala En Porter is an urbanization with just few restaurant and shops.

  : Location was fantastic, right next to one of the best beaches, close to the square with restaurants and bars plus next to a bus stop.
  : The hotel is in need of an update in the reception, dining and swimming areas. Room was lovely and modern though.
