  : It is centrally located. You can walk almost everywhere from the property. It was very clean and roomy with all the amenities you would need for your stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful when they were there.
  : I didnt like that there was no staff available before 9am and after 9pm. And twice when coming back from being out around 8:00-8:30 there was no one at the desk. They have a WhatsApp just for emergencies. My last night I wanted someone to call a cab for me but no one was at the desk when I arrived and I tried the WhatsApp and no one responded. Granted it wasnt an emergency but did anyone even read my message. If you need proper hotel service this would not be a good choice.

  : The location is spot on! If you want to be in the heart of the old town, with access to all the most popular pintxos bars, restaurants and the beach. This neighborhood is exactly where you should stay! The room was clean and looked newly furbished.The staff were extremely friendly and helpful whenever needed!
  : The rooms are basic and the sound proofing is not great, you tend to hear the slightest noise outside, both in the corridor and streets too. But I could overlook that given how great the location is and is manageable for a few nights.

  : The location was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful. The communal tea and coffee making facilities were most welcome.
  : There was no access to drinking water apart from the bathroom tap. There was no bottled water available.
