  : The blinds were broken so could not be completely rolled-up, the toilet was leaking and constantly refilling with water which was disturbing at night, the walls are very thin so you can hear a lot of noise from the neighbours

  : The opening and closing of doors in the hallway is sooo loud its impossible to sleep in. went for a rest later in the day hoping most ppl would be out but still wasnt able to nap after either as the opening and closing of doors was way too loud. everything else was perfect besides that. The location was great and the staff very helpful and understanding.

  : The location is really good, but the city is small so any accomodation will be nicely located.
  : The walls are incredibly thin and you can hear everything, from showers to bed noises. Neither WiFi nor data reached the room we stayed in. Reception hours are 12-20, but both times we tried to contact them they only replied after 3pm. After a few complaints over Whatsapp they decided to block my number. We then went to reception, and they said that we should have picked a different hotel the first day, even though we had already payed. In addition, two of the towels had holes and the safe could not be opened at all. 640 euros for 4 nights in August is a ridiculous price.

  : Location was good, right in old town and walking around was east and close.
  : The fact that there is no actual reception desk at the property. We had to check in at their other property and reception hours were very limited. We had an issue with our swipe card which stopped working after reception closed. Eventually got onto them but no good when you cannot get into your building.
