  : The location and view were spectacular. The tapas in the bar were expensive but very enjoyable.
  : Check in was poor and the room was not ready at check in time so we went into the city for sightseeing. When we returned the room was ready but the restaurant was fully booked for dinner by that time. For some reason we were given an accessible room for disabled guests which was inappropriate and inconvenient as I am tall and all the facilities were set low.

  : the views and that was it. we did not like the hotel.
  : everything else. lowest service attitude I have seen in a long time. blindingly obvious other peoples long hair on the bed when coming in. already when driving to the hotel you'll get to hear the word "reservation" thrown at you at the lower gate and if you have nothing printed to show then I guess you can fight forever with that unpleasant hotel staff. need to wait and yell loudly several times for someone to appear at check in in mid of day during main arrivals time. no briefing about the hotel whatsoever, just "ok that's your key". the building and room interiors are very old and used. at the same time you have to scan a QR code to get the most basic information such as what to call to reach front desk. the negative restaurant reviews speak for itself so we skipped that annoyance. bad/no public transport connection except the cablecar down the hill that stops at 7pm. just overall not a place to enjoy, except for the views from OUTSIDE the hotel, which you won't need a room for.

  : It is the most phenomenal location. Truly breathtaking from every side. OMG the rooftop pool, the bar! Breakfast is ho-hum for the value, save yourself and wander into town. Will definitely go back.

  : If you dont have a car is really difficult to reach it. At 18:30 the funicular is closed and the nearest bus stop is 20 minutes away through a road without any lamppost.
