  : You get what you pay for, it is noisy but good base if youre just looking to go out/ not have the hotel care what you do

  : I loved Carlos at the front desk, he was amazing and such a nice person!, one of the other staff members was quiet which was fine but the main one was so rude all the time and unhelpful when addressing issues with the hotel. It was ridiculous.
  : It is on the main strip of San Antonio which means it is understandable to have a lot of noise which is fine as that is what You are booking, and the bad draining in the area leaves an aroma around the outside of the building which again isn't the hotels fault, so I can not blame them for either of those, but, our room was never cleaned, just provided with fresh towels each morning even when our sign was up for cleaning and we spoke to the front desk, the bedding is made of a cheap material (pillows and duvet if You can even call it a duvet) and there is loads of noise throughout all night as it is a popular area for Youths so their all having hotel room parties but it is inappropriate past a certain time and the staff should do something about it but never seemed to which was a shame. I had a nice time regardless as we were not in the hotel too often, and when we were we went down to the pool which was nice and accommodating.
