  : The staff were very nice, the recepcionists especially the one that gave me safety pin when i had problems with my top. Thank you soo much!Breakfast was good too. I had a hard time choosing and wanted to try them all lol.We were three and the room given to us was just perfect with balcony facing the pool.Convenience store just 3-5 mins away.
  : So the ac at our room was set to 25 and its not changeable. So it was really hot. We kinda had a hard time since it was freaking hot that weekend.Also the hotel is far from the beach. We had to walk under the sun for 10-15 mins because there was no direct way cause there were private properties between and had closed gates.

  : Our apartment was very spacious, clean and the aircon in the room was a welcome relief. Housekeeping came twice during our 4 day stay, which was a pleasant surprise. We had requested a balcony with a sea view, and despite the hotel not guaranteeing it, they put us in a room with a balcony overlooking the harbour. It was beautiful. The pool was extremely clean. It was a lovely chilled vibe around the whole hotel. Just what was needed in between the madness of San Antonio. We got taxis into town, but it's a pleasant 25-minute walk to the action. And a 5 minute walk to a well stocked supermarket, beach area, cafs and restaurants.
  : The only downside was when we arrived from the airport at 11.30pm it took a good thirty minutes to check us in. There was no queue, and I had carried out online check-in before leaving the UK, which didn't speed up the process at all. There was a staff changeover at the time which was apparently the reason for the delay, but that member of staff continued to stay for another 10 minutes but didn't proceed our check-in, which was frustrating as we had been travelling all day and just wanted to get to our toom and drop our bags. There could be some complimentary coffee/tea on arrival? That would habe been a nice touch.

  : Would not let me check in on standard time , room was not up to standard , rude and the worst experience Ive ever had in my life, Highly unreccomend anyone to every stay here
  : Everything , the room the manager who wasnt available, the fact check in wasnt until a late time(4pm) yet they insist you check out on the dot of time, whoever is management needs to sort it out :
