  : nice personal was ready and happy to help the place for parking is in front of the hotel, it often was full though food was different and tasty
  : old rooms with dripping tap and black plaque in the bathroom. the water didnt came down from the bathtub there was no welcome water and no kettle with tea-coffee.

  : I did the all inclusive here for 4 nights. It was convenient for that aspect
  : BEWARE!!! This place attracts cheap thieves. I stored my luggage in the luggage storage on the day i checked out. Lo and behold, when i went to retrieve my bag, the door was wide open, and when i checked my cash hidden in my bag, there was 50 missing. Immediately i called the hotel, and she claimed she only gives the luggage key to those checking in and out; clearly not since she simply handed the key to me when i asked without checking any sort of list. Biggest mistake i made. Not a lot of money but really puts a damper on your vacation to be treated with so little respect.

  : The location was good and the staff were lovely.
  : Sold as a premium room. Although the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, that's where it ends. The walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbours breathing. The bathroom is old and mouldy. They allow stag/hen groups. The food is of very poor quality. There's always something to eat, but at the price they charge, it should be a lot better. The pool area is in desperate need of renovation. The sun loungers are brittle and way past their best. The area around the pool is a serious slip hazard. The pool itself has mould in the grouted parts and is slippy under foot. The all-inclusive drinks are acceptable, but the queues are not. A 20mins wait for a small plastic cup of beer is shocking. I could go on. There are far better 3* hotels on the island. We were returning customers, but not until some serious money is spent or a complete refurbishment is done would we return.Look elsewhere. For the same money you could have much better.

  : I like how organized everything was at the hotel. they had a great activity schedule. the room was clean and the beds were comfy. I did like the room options. there were plenty of food items to choose from.
  : I did not like the check in process. They could not find my reservation for a while and I missed lunch. I did not like that I had to give 1 euro for a cup. I wasn't notified in advance about this, so I had no euro to give. However, the bartender was nice enough to give me one anyway. I did not like how the all inclusive ended at a certain. I didn't pay for part time all inclusive. I would be able to utilize it whenever the bar is open. Not be charged after 11

  : Great location, great pools, especially good having a lovely, quiet adults only pool. Staff were friendly. Food was good in general. Lots of space around the pool.
  : The property is a little worse for wear and walls are paper thin. One of the lifts broke and remained broken for the last 4 days of our stay, meaning queues for lifts often waiting 10+ mins for the one small lift to be free - especially with luggage. Breakfast wasnt always great, stale croissants and not much selection compared to other meals. The free coffee was disgusting meaning youd have to pay for coffee from the bar if not all inclusive.Housekeeping didnt always clean properly, bath and sink was rarely cleaned. On final day towels werent replaced as requested. They also dont knock before entering the room.I had items go missing from my room which I know I did not lose - they were taken. I do not believe this is housekeeping but I do believe there is a theft problem. Reported to front desk who didnt much care. A prairie of 200 ear buds which were on charge in the case, in the room vanished along with some other smaller items.
