  : Loved the appartment very spacious and clean liked the fact that breakfast was served until 11, food very good plenty to chose from very friendly staff. Supermarkets bars and restaurants just ouside the hotel with a cut through to the beach. Enjoyed the entertainment sitting outside in the warm evening. Two pools with plenty of sun beds whatever time you went to lay around the pool. Overall an excellent week spent in San Antonio Bay.
  : On the day we were leaving had to vacate the room by 11 our Taxi was booked for 6. The hotel didnt seem overly full but reception wouldnt offer any extention to the room although it was extreemly hot and I got overheated waiting round the hotel for deptarture.

  : The apartments themselves were nice and great value for money
  : The staff (excluding the entertainment staff) were all extremely rude and miserable from the moment we arrived. The security guard is on some sort of power trip and tried to kick my friend out saying she wasnt staying at the hotel? Once he went to check this and realised he was wrong, he did not apologise but gave me a formal written warning when I asked for an apology. We got told to turn our music off at 5pm, the only reason this could be heard was due to having the balcony door open it was not loud. The reception staff were not welcoming and just took our key cards without saying a word when we checked out. Im not sure if because we were a group of girls they automatically hated us, but this is how it felt.

  : The close proximity to the beach, the pools and the aircon.
  : The fact that the pools were only open from 10:00 - 19:00. Personally, I love to wake up and go for a refreshing dip in the pool and also during the evening when coming back from the beaches, so I was disappointed that I couldn't indulge myself in that regard.

  : Apartments are within the grounds of the Vibra Riviera hotel. Hotel reception desk is 24hr and hold the keys to the 2 apartment blocks (A&B). Apts have use of both pools, and depending on what board basis, bar & restaurant Block A is towards the front of the hotel and has a better views than block B Apartments from front to back were laid out - Balcony/open plan living, dining room, kitchen/bathroom/bedroom/balcony Front balcony had views directly over the car park and crazy golf course with extended views towards the sea. Rear looks at a pretty poor disrepair building (not part of the hotel) Living area has a double bed settee, large screen TC and round table with 4 chairs Although not used, kitchen appeared to be well suited with 2 x eclectic hobs, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots pans crockery & cutlery etc Beach towels could be hired for a deposit of 20euro each (cash only) and refunded upon leaving. We were All Inclusive so also had to hire 2 x plastic cups/beakers 2euro each (again refundable upon leaving) which were exchanged at the bar for clean ones whenever you wanted to drink. If you did not want to carry the cups back to the room they could be exchange at the bar for a token which next time you wanted a drink could be exchanged for a full cup of choice. Seemed a bit strange at first, but on reflection it keeps the cost of 'clearing away staff' down and people leaving cups around making the place look untidy and attracting flies etc. Food was good for a 3* but sadly as with most of these type of hotels, some food wasn't as hot as I would like BUT there was a microwave should you wish to heat up your meal. Tuesday & Saturday BBQ on the veranda Nr the pool area worthy of comment as being very good.
  : Not required by me, but there are no lifts in the 3 storey Apt blocks, so some assistance may be required for the not so capable/able. I think anyone with walking disability or wheelchair bound may struggle outside of the physical hotel as the pools etc and the Apts are on the side of a hill. There were ramps, but to me seemed a little steep Bar closes at 11PM for all drinks. On 2 occasions during the week, the security guard locking the door was a little over zealous and locked it early. Only talking a few minutes, but...
