  : Freezing cold water in the pools, that was so upsetting. Hotel is located in very windy area.Lots of stairs, long walking distances up and down.

  : The access to beach is not the best. Lot of stairs make it a problem for older person. For a couple I guess the fake double bed could be an issue.

  : Perfect place to stay with small kids, from 0 to 7 yo i think, we went with out 2.5 yo and she had a blast, besides we enjoyed it as well, as it was easy fir us to entertain her and be entertained ourselves)) the whole place is perfectly planned - quite spacious to have several pools, playgrounds, big restaurant and bars, but not too big, to get tired with a small kid, accessible for the strollers everywhere, quite green.The best of all was the room (we had suite), it was like a small apartment with separate bedroom and leaving room, both had tvs, also there was separate wardrobe room. The balcony was spacious Food was quite ok, there was always a choice of healthy options as well as deep fried and sweet. Drinks were quite ok too, drinkable, not a great wine or juice, but ok to relax, cocktails had terrible colors, never tried them)) if you prefer quality spirits its better to take upgraded option for 14/day.Ahh, and the entertainment team was trying superhard to entertain, the kidd were happy with disco and a Panchi shark)) There is also a adult-only part of the hotel, but its quite reduced, I wouldnt go there.

  : The food wasnt great and not well labelled. I do not eat pork and accidentally had it on 2 occasions because of bad labelling.

  : The pool area was really beautiful, there was always lots going on to entertain. The kids loved the pool bar. The breakfasts were great. The cleaning staff did such a good job of cleaning the rooms every day.
  : Would have loved to see some better vegetation options at dinner time.

  : The staff is amazing, we are travelling a lot but honestly the staff in this hotel is extremely nice and friendly. The show for the kids and adults was very entertaining. The hotel is not super modern but the food and staff amazing
