  : Location was great for if you want to visit portaventura and also same distance to the beach. Lots of small supermarkets around the area. Swimming pools were lovely and warm and open until late. It wasnt too busy when we went. We felt safe with the COVID situation. The apartment was spacious. Staff were helpful. They also helped when we needed to find a taxi and book it. They also were very helpful with any questions I had before the holiday Andersen very kind to let us check in earlier due to our early flight arrival time. Having a washing machine and dishwasher was a big benefit. I would definitely visit again.
  : A few minor downsides there were no oven gloves or enough trys for the oven. We are asked to clean before leaving the property but there was no cleaning solutions for the mop bucket to clean the floor. And its not convenient to go out and buy floor cleaner from a small super market which can be very pricey and then cant take it back home in the suitcase due to luggage weight. It would be handy if floor cleaner was left In The property. The first couple of nights we only had a sheet for a blanket which may be fine for some but we all found it cold but the staff soon sorted us out with blankets also we had no plug for the bath. Waited a couple of days before we recieved one. We were quite unlucky with having noisy people above us. I dont mean noisy because they have kids but noisy as in moving furniture around at silly times like 2am for long hours through the night and loud talking. It sounded like they were rearranging the apartment every night scraping chairs across the floor etc. Kept us awake most nights. I did msg the reception but unfortunately had no reply from them. When I moved the settee to clean under it before we left the property it was very dusty and didnt looked like it had been cleaned for a long time. It has now as I did it. The life guard (I think thats what he was) he wasnt able to see the pool from where he was sitting so he may not be,seemed friendly sometimes and could be quite rude to the kids other times. Couldnt t work him out but he wasnt a problem really. None of these minor problems would stop me coming again or recommending it to anyone else. The positives definitely out weigh the negetives.

  : Excellent location for theme park and water park. Short walk to the beach and near plenty of shops bar restaurants supermarkets.Very private well kept grounds quiet at night.
  : No sun loungers at the pool

  : Apartment was nice .washing machine 2 bathrooms large balcony
  : All the hidden costs appt was expensive enough without extras 50 euro for late check in after 7.30pm imagine 50 euro to collect your keys from a box outside there office .300 deposit & if you don't leave the appt spotless they deduct money from deposit. No sunbeds or umbrellas at pool. Full of residents who live there permanently. Not a place for kids no inflatables in pool no balls nothing .would not recommend for families with young people .

  : Great apartment with everything you could need, pool was great and not busy since it's a residential complex. Very comfortable beds. Location is great especially if visiting Portaventura, 5 minute walk.
  : Pool games aren't allowed. Swimming and thats it.
