  : The location was awesome, close to the beach, not somewhere on the hill, right next to tram stop to Soller. The building itself and the lobby, reception, terrace, garden, halls were very well and uniquely designed. The breakfast croissants were delicious, the bed comfy- not too soft, not too hard.
  : We got room without proper window only a tiny one on a side wall and roof one, which we couldnt open to get some proper air in. I dont react on aircon well, especially I cant stay in a room where the only option to regulate air & temperature is only through aircon. I didnt know this could be the option thats why it didnt occur to me to mention that I need a room with proper window. In the shower one of the glass doors was missing wheels, the temperature of water couldnt be changed, but it was set on warm. The TV wasnt working well, or the remote control had some delay on commands. Otherwise the room was clean, and also very nicely designed with paintings and wall paper. The bed was comfy, not too soft, not too hard, ideal :)I would recommend to include check in process info & instruction in the messages, that if you self check in the room, the next day you need to check in properly at the reception, plus the time of breakfast. We found out at the place and unfortunately we couldnt enjoy it fully as we were in rush to catch the first tram 8:30am to Soller. Anyhow we did sleep well in the room and the few croissants we could take quickly on the way out were delicious. Thank you a lot for accommodating us!

  : Great location. Close to the beach, restaurants and parking. Stuff is polite.
  : The room didn't have a proper window. Just one in the ceiling which you can't even reach to open if you need some fresh air. There is no way to hang the shower head to shower properly. The towels and sheets had some yellow stains on them. There is no space to put your wet clothes or towels to dry. They stay wet all the time and it's very uncomfortable. No small fridge in the room. The common fridge is very tiny. It was my birthday and I've got flowers delivery from my friend. I asked the stuff to put the flowers into my room while I was away. They didn't even think to put them in a vase. Just left them on the bed when it's 30+C outside. The breakfast is super simple. No warm dishes served. It's the same every day. I assume they don't have a proper kitchen.

  : Tasty breakfasts, very close to beach, room and bathroom were clean. Catalina, who works at the hotel was great, very nice person, makes the guests feel welcome. She's doing a great job and makes the hotel experience a lot better.

  : Loved the decor and location. Breakfast was great. En suite was very nice. Staff were lovely.
  : All our towels were damp on arrival as if they had come out of the drier too soon. It was nice to have an unexpected en suite but there wasnt space to close the door which jammed on the bed as you shut it.
