  : Not a lot to like, leaving is all I can say.
  : Lots...no food no entertainment no bar...worst of all no air conditioning...the room was hotter than a sauna...I actually had to sleep on the balcony...thank god I had one...very poor and would never return/recommend this hotel.

  : The pool is lovely! Plenty of sunbeds. Lovely big balconies. Nice quiet complex for relaxing but also close to shops/bars etc. Good price. Reception staff friendly and smooth check in.
  : We go to Babalu quite often, but were a bit disappointed on this visit. Cleaning visits were very short and basic. Apartment a bit tired and could do with a refurbishment and good clean.

  : The location was perfect to get to Europa Centre, The pool area was good & kept very clean.,Lovley size Balcony .
  : Apartment was very tired needed a face lift,The Beds wasn't changed fir the entire week,House cleaning only came in twice in the week & at to ask for clean towels, The reception was closed when we where leaving at 7am so had to go to Ocean Hights Hotel next door to book a taxi to bus station. The pool gates didn't open till 10:30 and was closed at 5:00 .

  : Poolside apartment was convenient for a disdabled guest and in convenient proximately to the lift.
  : We have been regular guests at the property for many years, but this was our first visit since the pandemic. Unfortunately, the poolside bar and supermarket has now closed, leading to elderly guests having to make an uphill trek to buy supplies for the self-catering apartments. We were unable to source a parasol or loungers for the patio, which in past has been provided. The pool now has a fence erected around its perimeter with opening hours of 10.30 - 18.00. In the past this has been an open area to swim at your leisure. We felt restricted with these hours given that the temperature was in its late 30's. Staff did not seem very helpful with these matters, and as a consequence we found alternative accommodation and checked out 6 nights early. Overall a disappointing stay, to what has been a very pleasant place to be in the past. Please bring back the amenities you once had.
