  : Super lovely staff, comfortable rooms with a nice view. Great air-conditioning (which only turns on when the balcony door is closed - very clever!) and WiFi. Very quiet at night. Free parking is available, although it can't be booked in advance so you need to be lucky when you arrive! Thank you for a great stay, we would definitely come again. H
  : The bathroom could have been cleaner, I noticed a few hairs in the corners of the room.Also, really needs a better system for people arriving at late hours. Although we had given our arrival time as 10pm and it says reception is open 24hrs, this is not true and you are unable to even get in the front door. After ringing the buzzer a few times with no response we were wondering if we would have to sleep on the doorstep. After about half an hour we tried the buzzer again and someone did answer, turns out this is manned by staff at another Servatur hotel opposite. Not sure why they do not always respond immediately to the bell, but a few nights later we came across another couple having the same problem who couldn't get in and had been waiting over an hour. If the system is that you need to go to another hotel for after-hours check in then this really needs to be communicated to guests.
