  : Good location .Some of the staff was very nice specially Monica Angeles.Room was fine,spacious.
  : WiFi was very very poor .Could be good if there was one more mirror in the room.Would be great if cleaners came daily to sweep,empty bins,change the towels.Could be good difference size pillows.

  : There is very little atmosphere there. Food was awful - very little choice and poor quality. Plastic tables - just looked and felt cheap. Room was fine. Spacious. Could do with a mirror in bedroom. Would be good if cleaners came daily to sweep/empty bins/top up loo roll/make beds. We saw a cockroach in our room. Why cant people swim in the pool before 10am or after 6pm? Weird. Be aware that you need to pay for extras such as safe in your own room, air con, even the scales in reception to weigh suitcases! Finally the WiFi was poor, we didnt even bother trying to use it.

  : Very basic hotel, sofas very hard bed linen poor quality, couldnt get a jug of water for the bedroom was told by staff to go to the local shop even though we were all inclusive. Food was extremely poor would not be going all inclusive again

  : The Pool is nice. But dont be fooled.
  : Stayed only one night as were shattered then left for elsewhere, the air conditioning was rubbish and was dripping on the floor all night I had to put a towel down and stop the dropping on the floor wasnt very happy about this as my two year old was walking about and not sure if that water was safe for him to be around. There was a banging noise upstairs all night and kept waking my 2 year old which meant I got hardly any sleep. There was large clumps of dust under the couch bed that my 6 year old was sleeping on and under the bed. The shower drain grate was broken and could be removed and my 2 year old got his had down the drain and covered in green stuff. None of the kids were would eat the food as the all inclusive was terrible. The staff behind the bar and in the restaurant were very rude. I have tried to have my nights I didnt stay refunded when I left in the morning and was told to go through booking.com but after two phone calls Iv had no correspondence back as they need to email the hotel and they seem to be ignoring the emails. Do not stay here.

  : The rooms were comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. Plenty of sun beds around the pool area. Good breakfast and lunch. Our flight wasnt until 7pm but we were given a room to shower in before leaving so we were able to comfortable spend our last day enjoying the pool.
  : Its a small hotel so not a huge variety of food at the dinner for all inclusive but we went knowing thats often the case. We were only on a 3 night stay so it really wasnt an issue for us but if you are coming for longer, come prepared and budget to eat out a couple of nights.
