  : Smell of drains by the snack bar and in hotel room. Queuing constantly for male toilets. Lifts constantly breaking down especially on departure day so had to carry heavy cases down flights if stairs.

  : The views were very good, great staff and food was good had a good selection. The beach bar was helpful to those wanting use the beach.
  : Depending on what level you are on the steps can be a bit much and the lifts were prone to breaking down regularly, although were fixed quite quickly. The location is an issue if you are a sun worshipper as it takes a few hours for it to get high enough to come over the mountain while the other side of the valley gets it an hour and a half earlier or an hour or so earlier on the beach. You watch the sun rise on Mogan and have to wait 2 hours before it gets to you.

  : The Hotel had a very friendly feel and the staff were exceptionally efficient. The shower facilities could do with an upgrade but overall we loved the Mogan Princess and we will definitely return.

  : Elevators seldom worked, so had to walk 10 floors of stairs from pool to room. No wifi in rooms. No drinking water in rooms (had to walk 6 floors down and fill your bottle). Property is past its prime.

  : Loved it all! Restaurant and the food was excellent - coming from two foodies, pool areas were lovely, bars had great drink selection, entertainment and activities were good fun, views incredible, rooms very nice with good balconies! Really enjoyed our stay and would return!
  : The location is quite out of the way, and would have benefitted from more frequent minibuses etc to get into town/beach. We enjoyed walking up and down the hill every day but it was quite a strenuous walk to be aware of. Staff varied - some were lovely and very helpful, others were quite rude and blunt.

  : The food was fabulous with a great variety and the bar staff were lovely, as was the restaurant staff. The views are amazing, out of this world with a sunset view every night - just beautiful!
  : The receptionist was very unwelcoming and he made us feel uneasy, he was very abrupt with us, even to the extent of saying I told you already when we asked about the check out costs. You have to pay extra to just stay on site after checkout of 12 noon whilst waiting to leave for the airport. Ive never before been to an all inclusive that doesnt let you stay the whole day for free and use the facilities. Even to sit around the pool you have to pay extra to stay. This should be a part of the all inclusive package, it is in every other all inclusive I have ever been to and Ive been to a lot! We asked if we can just sit around the pool without using the all inclusive facilities and he said no you have to leave the hotel or wait in reception only. We had another 5 hours before we were due to leave and so we had no choice but to pay extra. You cannot drink the water in the rooms but no bottled water is provided. You can buy it from the vending machine or take it from a tap in the bar. But this should be standard to have a bottle per person per night for a bedtime drink. Very unusual. We had a pregnant lady with us and the lift was not working some of the time, they do fix it but it breaks often. And you do need the lifts for the amount of floors/stairs. I do not recommend this property to those with young children or elderly.
