  : The hotel has big spaces and its good for families with kids but needs serious renovations.. INTERNET: guys you really need to fix wifi, for the price we pay, it should be even optic fiber in every room, come on! No possibility to watch Netflix / Amazon prime/ TVs are very old and small.Nothing included in all inclusive et I dont advise to pay for this package, you have to pay a supplement, .Swimming pool behind hotel is ok but limited places, first come first served. AQUAPARK outside is big but dangerous and I was even scared for my daughter, its very rusty and you can get injured if u dont pay attention. Its salty water from sea is swimming pools so beware with your children. If you want Mat its 4, umbrella 3, and you have to wait under burning sun to enter the aquapark ( Management is bad), Many Sun beds are broken and many have no head-rest in Aquapark Showers in aquapark are dirty with lots of scale, water very hard even in hotel, I cant drink it. ROOMS are not quite, you hear your neighbors.. pillows are very soft, good luck to sleep over.. STAFF are friendly but too much focused in their screens, maybe the workflow is heavy. Key cards are nightmare, you need to go to front desk to reactivate it everyday, dont put them together with your phone. FOOD is very disappointing, very limited buffet choice, only breakfast is correct and still if coffee machine is working, very often only one coffee machine stays working until the end of service, the second one is out of order and nobody to supply it because staff are very busy to clean few tables and take away dirty dishes. PARKING is very limited and not private, lots of delivery in the morning with noise on the street while taking breakfast. Beach is ok but sand is black (volcanic source), no space to play with ball. To summarize this hotel deserves 3 stars without renovations and travelers award showed score 8.4 in the reception, but its not accurate, its 7.4 on the platform.

  : Food is not good nor varied, very disappointing! Was expecting much better for a 4star hotel. Staff is friendly but not highly professional. Only one pool and unsure it was heated as they advertise it. Lats but not least Taurito Park is dirty and outdated.

  : I liked that our room was ground floor and the staff were really friendly.The staff at the Arena entertainment area were really funny and the man there came and sat with us and did a magic trick! He was great!
  : I didnt know there was a pool in our hotel until the 3rd day as I wasnt told it was round the back. Their wasnt much choice of food.

  : LOCATION: The hotel is ideally located right next to the saltwater Water Park, and guests enjoy free access. A tiny black sand Taurito Beach is just a 7-minute walk away, offering a variety of fun water activities. RECEPTION DESK: We received a warm welcome from Rosi, who provided us with detailed explanations. CROWD CONTROL: Although the hotel was fully booked, the hotel facilities, like a small freshwater swimming pool and a restaurant, never felt crowded. BIRTHDAY EXPERIENCE: The restaurant team provided daily VIP service as well as festive table decorations for my group on two birthdays. Special thanks to Yeniel and Alberto for their consistently attentive, understanding, and courteous service. ENTERTAINMENT: Various entertainment options are available for both kids and adults from all the hotels in the valley, and are centralized within a 5-minute walk from the hotel property, located next to the aqua park. DINING: The hotel features special cuisine days with different nations' dishes prepared by the kitchen team. We enjoyed Mexican & Canarian dinners. While the food quality wasn't superb, it was hard to go hungry with the "All-Inclusive" service. GYM: The inclusion of free access to the gym with sufficient basic equipment is a definite plus. And it was never crowded! SPA: While requiring an extra fee, it is good value for the money. 2-hour access to a warm water Jacuzzi pool, a Finnish sauna, and a Turkish bath provide a rejuvenating escape. The highly professional international team of masseurs at the spa adds to the relaxation experience.
  : RECEPTION DESK: The receptionist Damian doesn't seem to be fit for a customer service job in Spain. ROOMS: The three rooms that we occupied didnt have Wi-Fi, had a worn-out appearance, broken furniture (e.g., balcony chairs and clothes wardrobe) and needed overall renovation. The bathtubs had issues with leaking. BIRTHDAY EXPERIENCE: Two of our group members celebrated their birthdays during our stay. During the check-in, we were promised a complementary token of attention sent to the room on both days. But hotel congratulations were only received on the 2nd birthday after I pointed out that the first birthday had been overlooked. ENTERTAINMENT: The Piano Bar in the hall didn't have evening activities during our stay, (but the bartender Fernando was exceptional). DINING: There are no special diet options, except for the gluten-free one. GYM: It could benefit from a better use of air conditioning for a more comfortable workout experience.
