  : Great location, lovely and clean, great views, if in the right room, staff were superbly helpful, especially Carmen and Anna on reception. Good parking for the hire car.
  : Many people were there for a cycling event in Mallorca on the Saturday, for many it was a 4:30am start. Unfortunately a large party of very noisy people were allowed to be by the outside pool bar till at least 11pm that evening, whilst everyone should be allowed to have fun, a little consideration from the management for other guests, wouldnt have gone amiss this one night

  : Great view from our room towards the lake and surrounding mountains. There is a dedicated bike garage for secure storage (lock issued by reception), fresh drinking water, a few snacks (absolute bare minimum but something nonetheless), and some basic tools and a pump. This makes it great for those taking a bike holiday with some great rides in the surrounding area, the pinnacle of which is Formentor. Half-board dinner includes some basic drink choices which was great, not all hotels do this.
  : Although there was a lot of food, it wasn't of high quality and some of it was inedible. If you are expecting a high level, you'll be disappointed after the novelty wears off the first night. The pasta is undercooked, the meat is overcooked, the eggs are super oily, many of the speciality dishes are butchered and far from their intention. The hotel hosts loud and obnoxious evening entertainment first for children, then for adults, in the open air pool area. This noise echoes into the rooms, removing any possible enjoyment or relaxation you're expecting to have on holiday. The rooms are basic. Although they have a kitchenette, it's not really practical for preparing anything. No coffee machine or coffee is provided. Only 1 bottle of water for your whole stay. The bathroom smells mouldy and the shower leaks all over the floor. The beds are hard and the pillows are long and deformed, making sleep unpleasant. The building itself is dated and showing it's age. Elevators are slow and inefficient. The Wifi was spotty, making remote work in the room challenging.

  : Very friendly, good humored and helpful staff. Great breakfast and dinner buffet. Great entertainment team. Lovely swimming pool. Very handy bracelet for room key and payments in bar.
  : No sea view but nice view of lagoon

  : Location was great? Staff so helpful!! Bed was extremely comfy and shower was amazing!
  : The apartment had a kettle with no mugs or other tea/coffee making utilities. A microwave with no plates or cutlery? So couldnt actually utilise the self catering apartment in the way I intended.
